Any agreement for buying of Products from Adlib Ventures and the Customer shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions and Business Policies. By placing an order, Customer consents to and agrees to abide by all of the following Terms and Conditions.

 

PRICES
Website prices are updated on regular basis and are best of our knowledge when posted. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of all orders.

 

WARRANTY
Adlib Ventures makes no warranty with respect to the information posted on the website. While Adlib Ventures makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the data posted on the website, this website may have typographical errors and other inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products.

However, Manufacturer’s warranties will be applied to your purchase. Adlib Ventures disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

LIABILITIES
In no event shall Adlib Ventures be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.

 

RETURNS
Customer agrees to follow the Adlib Ventures Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Adlib Ventures before attempting to return any products. See Returning a Product for further details and to initiate return process.

 

CLAIMS
If Customer makes any claims against Adlib Ventures, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be Saif Zone Sharjah, UAE.

 

CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If necessary, Customer authorizes Adlib Ventures to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, Overgood, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
